A top tier bank is currently recruiting for a Property Client Service Manager (CSM).
The CSM will manage their own portfolio of SIPP & SSAS properties and be responsible for all aspects of property related administration.
Key requirements:
- Minimum 3 years market experience with a SIPP and/or SSAS Provider undertaking all administration aspects of properties within a pension scheme
- The role requires a good working knowledge of the Financial Services and Markets Act, Money Laundering Deterrence Regulations and Group procedures, in particular Staff Dealing Procedures.
