Description
- At least 1 Years of experience support & administration of Dynamics 365 CRM online, Development/Configuration/solutions evaluation/Validation and deployment of Dynamics CRM Systems.
- Overall Total IT experience can be in range of 4-5 years.
- Strong Analytic & Problem-Solving skills
- Passionate to troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical issues
- Excellent Communication & effective presentation skills
- Experience in Dynamics CRM Implementation including Development, support, system testing and end user training
- Experience in Dynamics 365 PSA, Field Service, Outlook Integrations, Upgrade a plus.
- Experience in web application development a plus - .NET & Azure stack
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
