Description
Basic Function:
To carry out test and calibration processes for equipment within the manufacturing team. Record test data. Troubleshooting and problem solving of test results
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Fault find to component level on PCB's using related equipment, eg Oscilloscope, etc.
- Reading, understanding & interpretation of electrical circuit diagrams
- Working with high voltage
- Testing of equipment including Electrical safety checks
- Ability to train others
- To be proactive in ensuring that health and safety is first priority.
- Ability to work on repair activities
Knowledge & Experience:
- Electronic/Electrical engineering qualification.
- Understanding of electronic test processes and PCB fault finding techniques
