Description
One of my leading clients is looking for a Customer Service Adviser to work onsite for 12 months paying up to £15 per hour.
Works with all customers and logistics service providers to ensure shipments are picked-up and packaged from our customer locations and delivered accurately and timely to the end destination
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Interacts with (phone and email):
* Leasing Customer Delivery team, including CRS's
* Asset Recovery Services (ARS) team, including Customer Delivery Specialist's
* All customers
* Transportation providers
* Internal and external processing centers
* Monitor ARS mailbox for new quote requests and new customer pick up/return requests
* Create ARS RMA's in system within 1 hour of receiving request
* Monitor ARS service obligations through customer SOW's and link to RMA
* If pick-up request information is not complete respond to customer within 24 hours of receiving request and advise that more information is needed.
This includes:
o customer site details
o special instructions
o pick-up dates
* Schedule equipment pick-up
o Shipment must be arranged with transportation provider within 24 hours of receiving correct information or sooner if customer requests
o Logistics portal and Pegasus system must be updated with correct pick-up details
* Track equipment from customer to warehouse
o Track shipment using Logistics Portal and carrier tracking reports
* Update system with proper shipment details
o Pick-up dates
o Pick-up issues
o Final pick-up costs
* Communicate final costs to ARS CDS within 24 hours of shipment delivery
* All issues to be raised to Logistics Team
