Description

Eximius are working on behalf of a global solutions provider within the contact centre technology market who are hiring a resource to work with their clients in Ireland around the Dublin area. This will be a fully client facing Support Engineer role specifically focused on the Genesys Pure Cloud product.

You will need to be able to work independently on client site but there will be support from remote resources when required. As you will be positioned as a Genesys support specialist it is essential that you have supported or worked with Pure Cloud before, knowledge of Pure Connect or Pure Engage is not required but would be of interest alongside cloud.

My client needs someone who can base themselves in the Dublin area for the full 4-6 month duration of the contract and they are willing to pay reasonable expenses on top of the day rate to support this. There may be some on call involved in this role but that can normally be handled remotely.
