My client, a consultancy who specialise in services to the health and social care sector, are seeking an experienced Integration Business Analyst to support their client's ICT team on a new hospital development/integration project in Dublin.
The Integration Business Analyst role:
The Integration Business Analyst will work closely with the PAS Project Manager, as well as other members of the PAS project and wider ICT Programme.
The role will involve the development of relationships with colleagues across the programme. It will also require extensive communications with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to the ICT Programme. Primary responsibility is to manage integration requirements between the PAS and other key hospital systems such as EDMS, ED, Radiology and Pathology.
The scope of the role will include gathering and documenting requirements, translating user requirements to system processes, conducting gap analysis and recommending solutions and maintaining/managing project plans. The Integration Business Analyst is expected to support the wider programme as requirements develop or through ad hoc requests, such as developing project presentations, supporting workshops or developing communications material.
Skills & experience required for the Integration Business Analyst role:
- Experience conducting technical analysis, gap-analysis and technical specifications
- Experience of interface analysis and interface planning, particularly with HL7 interfaces
- Experience of Data Migration (extract, cleanse, migration, load phases)
- Previous project management experience
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills - building project communications plans, status updates and presentations
- Demonstrate the ability to interact in a professional manner with other health care staff and other key stakeholders
- Display excellent analytical skills to enable analysis, interpretation of data and data extraction from multiple data sources
- Demonstrate excellent planning, organisational and time management skills to meet objectives within agreed timeframes and achieve quality results
