Main tasks:
- Responsible for 2nd and 3rd level support in Windows environment
- Responsible for post rollout support
- Responsible for analyzing bugs, troubleshooting and finding solutions for cases
- Complete documentation
Main qualifications
- In-depth know-how in SCCM 2012 R2 (especially SCCM client troubleshooting)
- Good experience with Windows 7/10 environment, OS deployment and GPOs
- Experience with Office 2016 (MSI Version)
- Know-how in System Center Endpoint Protection (SCEP) and modern device management is an advantage
- Fluency in verbal and written English, German is an advantage
