ServiceNow HR Consultant
Next Ventures are currently executing a search for an experienced ServiceNow HR specialist.
The primary duties for this position include (but are not limited to):
- Configuration of ServiceNow for HR initiatives following an agile delivery approach
- Q1 & Q2 activities will consist of 4 primary objectives:
1. Transitioning our US HR one-stop-shop aka AskHR from SalesForce and Sharepoint to ServiceNow
2. Transitioning our HQ Manager Self-Services from our SAP Self-Service Portal to ServiceNow
3. Establishing an HR Service Catalogue in ServiceNow pursuing one point of entry to Global HR Services
4. Driving implementation of ServiceNow in select business areas (eg Global Service Center, Total Rewards etc.) on the use of case management and knowledge base.
Main Tasks
We expect our consultants to help us shape the scope, planning and execution of the deliverables associated to the initiatives listed above. The consultants will be part of an internal Transformation team consisting of employees dedicated to the roll-out of our Global People & Organisation Service Platform and our SAP HR Replacement project.
Previous experience with ServiceNow for HR is a pre-requisite, as it will be required to run some initiatives independently.
Qualifications
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience with specifically ServiceNow for HR' implementation and configuration.
We expect our consultants to help us enforce an architectural overview and strategy, preventing redundant configuration while utilizing clients standard elements and guardrails.
Experience within complex, international organizations is a benefit.
