Description
I am looking for SAP SuccessFactors Consultants to start on a SuccessFactors implementation in Frankfurt with a multi-national insurance company.This will be the first location of a Europe-wide SuccessFactors roll-out that my client has scheduled for the next 5 years. The contract length will be on 12 month rolling bases and look to start as early as mid-January.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors/HCM Employee Central -
Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors focused on Employee Central, from planning to configuration through go-live -
Professional Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central is preferred
Responsibilities:

Detailed planning of process implementation -
Industry/corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP) -
Develop and Assure quality of process models -
Demonstrate profound knowledge of modelling standards and tools in projects -
Lead internal initiatives and be an active contributor in practice community
