Oracle SBC Support Engineer wanted for our Zurich & Bern based client in the telecommunication sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Several years of working experience with Oracle including the Products 6300, , SBC-VNF and OCSDM
  • Expertise in troubleshooting of incidents or problems
  • Know-how of Netcool, Icinga-Nagios and ITSM (ticket tool)
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Supporting the Oracle (formerly ACME) SBC Products and Features and observing the Ribbon environment like interfaces and subsystems
  • Analysing, tracking and troubleshooting of incidents or problems coupled with planning and executing preventive maintenance activities for the platform including capacity and performance topics
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal requests, providing IT service continuity management along with testing and implementing configuration changes
  • Managing incidents and problems with ITSM (ticket tool) and Oracle Customer Support (Web based) as well as monitoring events with tools like Netcool, Incinga-Nagios or platform specific
  • Performing automation of operational processes, writing work reports and updating operational documents
