For our customer based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedTechnical Manager – Windows 10 Rollout (6052)
In this position you will provide technical expertise to the Rollout Manager. You will cover all areas that are impacted by the rollout, including hardware, application remediation, to testing and technical support.
Your Qualifications:
• Several years of experience as a technical allrounder / technical expert in complex environments / large companies
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft OS toolset as well as the implications on hardware and software / application portfolio
• A broad technical toolset that covers hardware, applications, testing, service desk and operations
• Responsible and independent work with good social competence
• Fluent in English
Your Responsibilities:
• Technical oversight in Windows 10 rollout
• Technical support to the PM and alignment with the business
• On-site clarification, inventory cleaning, identification of special software solutions, identification of hardware peripherals and scheduling
• Acceptance and support for all IT matters and malfunctions relating to hardware and software
• Manage the technical aspect of workstation systems and applications
• Project collaboration in the rollout of services and special tasks in the area of workstations, PC, monitor and docking stations
