Our client has a need for an experienced process Manufacturing expert to take responsibility for new product launch and provide technical drug product support for commercials readiness.Tasks required:
Collaboration with different teams in product improvement projects Monitoring of technical processes and product performances Assistance in investigations of faulty product performances (showing quality and compliance relevant events) Risk assessment of technical, quality and compliance related issues as well as development of mitigation strategies Implementation and process review of technical projects Creation of technical documents, technology plans and reports including follow-up until the product is released,
Requirements:
University/Master Degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology or Chemistry or related area
experience in pharmaceutical industry, preferably in the development and operations. Highly goal-oriented, flexible and responsible person. Detail-oriented and reliable way of working, Good understanding of different cultures Very good PC skills (MS Office, SAP) Very good project management skills (coordinating working teams, leading meetings and taking minutes, follow up on different tasks with various owners) Independent working style, problem solving attitude, capacity to come with solutions
