Description

Stellenbeschreibung:
Assist with root cause analysis of technical problems (2nd level support) in development, test, quality assurance or production Oracle LSH environments.Work with 3rd party support as needed to own and resolve technical issues that may arise either from the existing implementation or ongoing product enhancements.Access and analyze requirements needed to implement changes and advise on the options available to support the request within the system constraints while assessing potential risks and impacts. Assist with implementing regulated changes to the Oracle LSH system and supporting tools, as part of project or regular change activities. Participate in user requirements and specification meetings, produce user specification documentation based upon client business requirements and work closely with various departments to coordinate efforts to meet deadlines.

Erforderlich:
Oracle LSH-Life Science Hub experience including knowledge of front end and back end experience;Oracle Support Level 2 experience, GxP environment Pharmaceutical environment exp,Bachelor Degree in Computer Technology or related degree,SAS or SQL programming experience,Oracle LSH; application development, administration and security conceptUnix/Linux systems,Unix/Linux Shell Scrpting,Oracle debugging and troubleshooting, Good English skills, verbal and written

Wünschenswert:
Basic Citrix Knowledge andbasic network knowledge.Ability to support activities concurrently and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong facilitation skillsCapable of sensing cultural awareness and obtaining feedback.Technical knowledge and understanding of Clinical Data Warehousing and clinical data systems. SAS programming, Java knowledge, Rave EDC knowledge,EBS Architecture & Configuration and EBS AD-Tools
