Description
Aufgaben:For our customer, an international service provider, we are looking for a Workplace Specialist. The main tasks for this role are:
- Technical expert for a global Windows 10 rollout
- Develop and establish a Role and workstyle model (service model) for the different user types e.g. to cross charge the cost to different organisations
You bring the proven expert knowledge over 5-10 years in the following domains:
- Design, setup and operation of a Windows 10 Workplace
- Design, size and setup the Windows 10 management and deployment infrastructure based on Intune and SCCM Config Manager
- Elaborate and define the Microsoft license model
- Support in hardware related questions for Windows fat clients
- Knowledge of and experience with Thin Client Management console
- ITSM process as well as ITIL knowledge
- Knowledge in LINUX operating system
- Familiar with surrounding topics like Active directory, Azure AD, Windows features, Application management, Windows security, Windows upgrade and driver concepts
- very good English knowledge
