Description
System Specialist with CISCO VoIP experience wanted for our Bern based client in the technology sector.Your experience/skills:
- Several years of working experience in the relevant field with excellent know-how in application operation
- Background in CISCO Call Management along with incident handling
- Agile project experience is a plus
- Ability to quickly diagnose issues and suggest solutions
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Performing, controlling and maintaining ICT services for operations as well as supervising production workflows
- Contributing to the operation and further development of analog, digital and mobile telephony
- Installing, generating, customising, integrating, testing and releasing new hardware, operating, universal and standard software
- Determining the effects of new ICT components on existing systems as well as providing recommendations with regard to the overall system
- Eliminating and bridging error states of hardware, software and communication components
- Controlling and monitoring system utilisation, including tuning and performance measures along with ensuring system documentation and policies
