Opportunity Description
We now have a fantastic opportunity for talented Automotive Project Engineers who has got the domain expertise in the areas of interiors, seating systems, Exteriors and Trims.
Key Responsibilities
Min 8 Year experience in design and development of complete interiors for crosslink module Assembly & Components with complete program life cycle exposures.
Proficiency in 3D modelling utilizing CATIA V5 (minimum of 5,000 hours or 3 years)
Data Management activities in PLM.
Expertize in Benchmarking activities with internal and external platforms
Proficiency in both German and English language.
Support in steering and coordination of all project management activities of the concerned module of assigned derivatives along the process chain. At Module level
Management of the module specific problem landscape which is resulting from decentralized R&D process Germany-China
Should be able to carry out seamless co-ordination efforts with the China Engineering teams.
Co-ordination with different teams /suppliers /development partners/technical team for Integration activities. Should have global engineering exposure.
Physical testing and program management for complete vehicle level.
Good experience with ECE regulation and test setups
Interactions with Germany and china team for Project launch support.
Analysis of styling surface for manufacturability.
Familiar with GD&T, DFMEAs, DFMA and DVP&R.
Knowledge of energy management solutions resulting from dynamic events.
Physics-based engineering model tools to optimize design parameters
Material knowledge pre/post processing (including sink mark analysis).
Proficiency in German and English is a must.
