Description
Sourcing Manager urgently required on a contract basis in Dublin for a multinational telecommunications company.The ideal candidate must have extensive experience as a Sourcing Manager (minimum of 5 years experience). You must have the ability to solve complex problems to ensure business and financial issues result in sound decisions.
- Prior experience as a telecommunications installer and /or engineer
- Experience in sourcing, ideally in the technology areas such as Network Equipment and Infrastructure.
- You will be required to set up and manage quotations for DAS and Small Cell installation projects.
- Drive all aspects of complex strategic sourcing process, including but not limited to, taking lead on contract negotiations of business and pricing terms and conditions, conducting research and providing benchmark data on pricing and/or other key terms.
- Strong analytical skills required - process varying types of data to extrapolate favourable conclusions
- Report progress on projects and cost reduction on a monthly basis.
- Present new products, technologies and services from existing or new suppliers to clients
Develop good relationships with internal stakeholders (engineering, project managers).
