Description
Key skills required for the job are: Splunk Admin-L2, (Mandatory). Splunk administration (role concept and user creation, authorization concepts (4 eyes principle))Splunk operation (servers, licences, configuration, etc.)
Ideally experience /familiarity with IT security and related standards, such as:
o ISO 27001/2/3
o Standard of Good Practice for Information Security (published by ISF)
o German government IT security guidelines: https://www.bsi.bund.de/SharedDocs/Downloads/EN/BSI/Grundschutz/guidelines/IT-sec-guidelines_pdf.pdf?__blob=publicationFile&v=1
o ITIL (ISO/IEC 20000 series)
You should have good experience in application of standard software development principles. You should be able to work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks.
You should be able to respond to technical queries / requests from team members and customers.
Should have good experience of working in support project; resolving the issues within defined SLA timelines
Minimum work experience: 3 - 5 YEARS
