Description
Currently hiring for a Security Engineer to be based in Bern for our leading telecommunications client.You are responsible for the operation and support of the security solutions. In addition to the regular and predictable operating tasks you provide support. In doing so, you fix disruptions to the customer infrastructure quickly and efficiently.
Your broad expertise in many areas of IT security and network infrastructure helps you assess overall situations and identify problems. With customers, internal teams and partners, you communicate efficiently in secure German and English.
Experience required
Degree in computer science with EFZ or equivalent degree
Security and Network Certifications at Intermediate or Professional Level Required (Checkpoint, F5 and Cisco)
Operational experience in the operation of network and security infrastructures
Sound network knowledge in routing, switching and wireless
Strong conceptual and communication skills
Willingness to regular on-board service (7x24) and occasional trips in German-speaking Switzerland
Very good German and English
