For our client in the energy industry we are looking for a B2B innovation Consultant (energy)

Start: 12 August 2019
End: 30 November 2019
Volume : 16 hrs / Week
Project Language: English
Location: Düsseldorf / Remote

Background:
Our client is running a project to investigate new business possibilities involving renewable energy solutions for B2B clients. Focus is on close interaction with customers / suppliers / partners in order to define solutions and delivery models. Our client believes to lack some of the capabilities needed to develop a strong solution / delivery model, and therefore intends to complement the internal resources with external participants.

Task:
- Consult regarding the best options to shape a delivery organisation and service strategy for a B2B
business model
- Consult the project team regarding potential partnership or franchise models to strengthen the
growth plan
- Provide best practices on how to set-up a lean governance model and early identify deal breaker
for a successful roll-out
The tools and methods can be chosen by the consultant.

Skills:
- B2B franchising eg. having written a franchise operating manual
- Experience in innovation preferably in energy industry
- Experience in setting up operation model
- Hands-on experience with shaping delivery / Service strategy for B2B model
