1st and 2nd Level Support - Oracle, Unix, Control M, Geneos monitoring vacancy for our Zurich based client in the technology sector.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years experience in First and Second Level Support
- Excellent, technical know-how and professional customer contact
- Strong technical skills in Oracle, Unix, Control M and Geneos
- Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Providing 1st and 2nd level support
- Supporting the team in incident analysis and defect fixing
- Being responsible for the general administrative, technical and professional support
