Description
Delivery Lead is urgently required to work in Bromley, Kent on a Permanent basis.You'll be working with all functions within Technology Services, as well as reaching out to the company's Enterprise Change team and other change functions.
The ideal candidate must have experience with;
- Methods such as Agile, Scaled Agile, and hybrid approaches.
- Understand business area roadmap, strategy and Technology Services strategy - influence across these for the best DLG outcome.
- Drive SIP planning, funding and prioritising processes and contribute to the business area's strategic planning and budgeting process.
- You will provide effective, constructive challenge to ensure that the technology strategy is implemented effectively in the business area.
- Find opportunities to reduce the costs of project delivery within the tower. Develop and own the implementation of plans to reduce these costs.
- Support planning, capability and capacity management within Technology Services.
- Ensure the function is sighted on business strategy, plans and thinking.
- Lead all aspects of programme/project formation and initiation; help develop plans, ideas and business cases for investments.
- Build a delivery culture constantly adhering to DLG change governance, standards whilst not over-governing or constraining pace of delivery.
