Description
Service Assurance Manager urgently required to work in London for an initial 6-12 months contract for a leading global energy trading company.The role involves service incidents that are not progressing, which continue to threaten Trading Gas & Power business continuity with the appropriate suppliers.
The ideal candidate must have experience in;
- Planning, Budgeting, and Business Change Management.
- You must be highly skilled in concepts such as IT Service Management, integration Support, Information & Data Management, and on premise & Cloud Hosting.
- Continuous Improvement, Develop & Manage Suppliers, Information Risk Management, Business Platforms, Collaboration Tools, and Networks & Field Telecoms.
