- Support and maintaining the international Unified Communication infrastructure
- Definition and development of the Unified Communication Services and products
- Implementation, further development and definition of the infrastructure as well as technical
- Support in 2nd and 3rd Level for all Unified Communication Services
Your profile
- Several years of experience in a similar Position
- Excellent knowledge in design and operation of Unified Communication solutions using actual Cisco/Microsoft
- Experience in Cisco CallManager, Cisco UCCM, Cisco Jabber, Cisco Spark
- Good knowledge in Unified Communication Security and understanding network security
- Fluent in English and German
