Plan and coordinate Data Migration activities with parties providing and receiving data

Align schedule of DM activities with regional Application Management Centers for legacy systems and project team for new SAP target system

Various countries with different size of business or number of users to be migrated:

Drive discussions like DM approach for data to be migrated and target the best DM approach (tooling, business support, manual/automatic)

Coordination of external service providers regarding project activities, milestones, scope and quality

Planning, coordination and tracking of project status, risk management

Drive communication between IT entities, business, regions
