Fixed Core Engineer – Italtel
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. SPOC for Fixed Core-Italtel towards Customer
2. Handle Customer Escalations & expectations, Prepare improvement plan
3. Identify scenario for knowledge Transfer from Back office to Front Office
4. SME for Italtel/Fixed Core
5. Support Service Manager in SLA/KPI mitigation or sign off
6. Bridge Gap between FO/BO teams and Customer expecations
7. Prepare improvement plan for FO-BO as per customer expectation and agree with customer
8. Support customer for any technical suggestion on Italtel related project
9. RCA sign off and presentation to customer
10. Achieve Network KPI, suggestions for improvement
11. Support Tools Transformation
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE
1. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in working with OEM or Tier 1 mobile service providers carrying out responsibilities in network operations.
2. Minimum 4-5 years experience in customer facing role.
3. Should have knowledge and skill to handle customer Technical/process related queries.
4. Should have an operations experience in implemented in Fixed network for Circuit Switches/Wireline switches and Roaming NE’s
5. Hands on proficiency in the configuration/fault management for following mentioned network elements.
a. Italtel
b. Mobilieum
c. In-depth understanding and troubleshooting on MSS, MGW, STP, HLR.
d. In-depth knowledge of 2G/3G/4G Call Flows.
e. 4G/3G CS KPI core performance improvement task planning and execution management.
f. LTE/IMS deployment analysis and identification of key requirements in core network.
6. Have good analytical and technical decision making skills
7. Exposure of process frameworks and experience in process documentation
8. Should have experience of user level knowledge of OSS / NMS tools, preferable to have experience on Netcool, Remedy
9. German speaking skills with B2 competency
10. English writing and speaking skills
11. Good understanding of ITIL process
12. Good understanding of change/Incident/ Problem management
13. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
14. Able to easily communicate complex concepts and instructions to non-technical end-users
15. Excellent Communication Skills.
