Description

Archive Administration Support vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the financial sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Familiarity with records or archives management
  • Sense of handling confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Good handling of all Office 365 applications
  • Strong organisational skills along with the ability to work independently
  • Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German and French is advantageous


Your tasks:
  • Preparing material for digitisation
  • Providing support for dealing with accessions
  • Executing a space inventory of all archival rooms
  • Closing the inventory and describing the press archive
  • Labelling shelves in multiple rooms and updating relevant information in the cataloguing system
