* Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports* Monitoring and maintaining software systems
* Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
* Providing technical support to help resolve issues
* Setting up accounts for new users
* Test and evaluate new software features, interfaces and integrations
* Support the roll-out of new applications, configure new interfaces
* Experience with SAML or OAUTH technology
* Experience with Java or Groovy
* Experience with Active Directory
* Experience with Azure Active Directory
* Experience with IAM (Identity and Access Management) systems
* Experience with OpenIAM
* Other background with directory design (AD, LDAP, X.500)
