- Administration of various applications (Windows, Linux)
- Responsibility for all incidents related to application administration and maintenance
- Management of release process for various applications
- Coordination of incident reports across all involved units in compliance with SLAs
- Analysis of incident tickets, troubleshooting and preventative action
- Documentation for internal use as well as external audits
Qualifications
- IT related degree or vocational training
- Proven experience with Linux systems or Windows Server, Scripting (PowerShell, Perl or Python), deployment and maintenance of web-based applications
- Knowledge of Atlassian Tools
- Strong knowledge of databases
- Very good communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a team and analytical way of working
