University Relations Program Coordinator vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company.

Your experience/skills:
  • 1+ years of experience in managing university-facing programs
  • Experience of working with academic institutions or universities
  • Experience with handling community programs, marketing programs or events in the past
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • Languages: English, fluent in written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Planning span programs like Faculty Grants, Student Grants, Visiting Researcher and Research Events
  • Communicating to external and internal stakeholders
  • Setting up the program processes
  • Monitoring the program end-to-end to achieve the desired results
