Technical Product Owner for AUTOSAR

Your Tasks
  • Technical product owner for AUTOSAR - MCAL as part of Base SW
  • MCAL, Stability, Scheduling, Performance
  • Create and own development plan / backlog for MCAL related features incl. stability concepts, and performance and scheduling topics. Align with Base SW lead.
  • Creation of controllable pieces of high/mid-level-features and definition of acceptance criteria in alignment with overall Base SW plan
  • Assist in HW bring up from a software perspective
  • Ensuring code development following ASPICE
  • Create detailed component design and align with SW Architecture
  • Focus on Functional Safety acc. ISO26262
  • Negotiate priorities with customers and Base Software Lead
  • Report progress continuously to Base SW lead, SW project leads and Program management
  • Participation in local workshops, taskforces according to project urgencies
  • Collaboration with Requirements Engineering teams to ensure complete coverage of SW requirements
  • Collaboration with SW and System architecture teams to ensure complete architecture overview
  • Collaboration with SW testing teams to ensure full SW test coverage
  • Collaboration with AUTOSAR stack and MCU suppliers
  • Work with other product owners to resolve dependencies and identify risks
  • Interact with feature/product owners/counterparts on customers' side


Your Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Engineering
  • 5+ years of professional experience in SW development
  • Technical know-how on classic AUTOSAR solutions (MCAL, CDD, RTE, SWC)
  • Good understanding on ASPICE 3.0 (SYS.x, SWE.x)
  • Good understanding on Functional Safety/ ISO26262 and the impact to SW development
  • Proficiency in creation of SW development plans
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Decision-maker with high quality awareness
  • Willingness to travel (<10% of time) depending on project urgencies
  • Be able to motivate engineers
