Description
Optimus have partnered with one of Germany's largest retailers who currently require a DevOps Engineer to come on board for a 6-12 migration project based in on Hannover. Within this project will be playing a key role in support of their CI/CD pipelines including the underlying infrastructure.This project offers flexible working with the chance to have remote working later on in the project. February start, up to 115EU per hour.
Your tasks
- Creation and review of specifications
- Design and maintenance of processes and technologies to automate and accelerate the entire development and operating cycle: planning and tracking, development, build creation and testing, provision as well as monitoring and operation.
- Design and implementation of software including design and implementation of unit and verification tests
Candidate profile
- Either Azure certified, or certified as an architect
- Substantial experience with Azure DevOps / TFS, MS SQL Server, Xamarin, Docker, Kubernetes and vSphere
- Extensive professional experience in the implementation of agile software projects
- Sound knowledge of OOP (e.g. in C #, Java), scripting (e.g. in Powershell) and Git
- Bilingual in English and German
