Project Assistant - chemistry/english/trainer/troubleshooting/technicalProject / Role:
For our partner Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz we are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Project Assistant
Background:
Roche Remote Solutions connects different Diagnostics instruments in the customer's site in big laboratories, hospital networks to the Roche Network and supports various end-to-end processes via the cloud environment. Processes supported by the team are Remote screensharing, software distribution and upload of data mainly.
We are searching for a technical project coordinator who is located nearby Rotkreuz with the purpose of a long-term cooperation in an agile team atmosphere.
Main Tasks:
- Recommend, integrate and support solutions (Technology and services) that meet the affiliates and business areas' current and future needs through an end-to-end delivery lifecycle - from initial solution roadmap through design, testing and deployment to user adoption (trainings) and value creation.
- Promote the delivery of incremental services identified in the solution roadmap whilst continually looking for new opportunities aligned to the customer's business objectives
- Strong focus on customer service for all the Remote solutions tools, applications and processes.
- Execute Operation Qualifications
- Create, maintain and publish documentation
- Analyze, document and develop solutions of complex systems while co-operating with other team members, development, V&V, service providers.
- Establish and maintain business relations with the support teams
- Plan and hold training sessions
Must Haves:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a product specialist in the diagnostics industry desirable incl.or comparable experience including:
- Field technical product installation experience
- Chemistry Applications knowledge
- Trainer experience
- Trouble shooting skills
Nice to Haves:
- Roche experience
Education:
-Bachelor's degree (e.g. Medical Technology, IT, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology).
