System C - Medway Configuration Analysts.
We require number of PAS Business Configuration Analysts for a System C Medway Project.
The Analysts will develop, deliver and support of the Trust's Electronic Patient Record system (PAS).
Collate and document detailed background information from an clinical areas by engaging with staff and observing work patterns/processes.
Analyse and document business processes and user requirements; translating them into functional and graphical specifications of PAS solution deliverables.
Working with end-users, product specialists and third party suppliers in the design and usability of the PAS. Managing relationships to ensure efficient and effective production of deliverables.
Design and document workflows in a logical manner (with a thorough attention to detail) and analyse these processes in order to identify problems and opportunities when implementing new PAS solutions.
Inputting to the development of relevant end-user training programmes to ensure training encompasses business processes and system usage to ensure optimal performance
Demonstrate system functionality to stakeholders and lead on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by working with service managers to analyse and test newly defined processes using the EPR test environments.
Skills Required:
Experience of working on a System C Medway project in a configuration based role
Experience of working on a large Acute PAS deployment.
