We are looking for a dedicated andmotivated Teamlead Systemadministration (m/f/d).

Your hard- and software

  • IT education (HTL, Fachhochschule, University)
  • Well-grounded experience as a team leader or supervisor of a diverse team required in the IT field
  • Know-How of MS Windows Server and Client, iOS Server and Client are a plus
  • Knowledge of the known storage- and firewall technologies
  • Well-grounded Know-How of performance metrics
  • Result orientation and willingness to perform
  • Excellent communication, leadership and team skills
  • Very good German and English skills

Your tasks

  • Creating an inspiring team environment with an open culture of discussion
  • Setting clear team goals and motivating your team members
  • You manage/ oversee day to day operations
  • You monitor team performances and reports on metrics
  • Discovering training needs and provide coachings

  

The minimum salary for this position is€ 36.154,- gross per annum, with the willingness to overpay based on yourqualifications and experience.
