Data Scientist
The goal of the project is a CX Management System to increase NPS and financial success. A new tool is used to conduct customer surveys on NPS. The results shall be systematically evaluated with different methods (text analyses, causal analyses...) and transformed into improvement measures. Various data science applications will be developed for this purpose.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordination of the development of data science applications for customer experience management
- Expert advice on the development of Big Data ETL pipelines
- Coordination of the development of SQL statements based on specific requirements and storage of the results in SQL databases and Hadoop clusters
- Coordination of the development and implementation of algorithms
- Coordination of the development of visualizations
- Control of the creation of documentation
Skills
- Data Science - very good knowledge and practical experience of
- text mining
- Machine Learning
- statistical modelling (including time series analysis)
- modern Data Science Toolboxes like Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, pymc) or R (tidyverse/data.table, caret/mlr)
