Task:Exchange Advisory & Operational Support
Project status: Waiting for order (proposal sent, waiting for customer order)
Deliverables: Creation and adaptation of the documentation
Post-processing of the concepts and processes
Design and preparation support for the onboarding of new and smaller companies from CMO (Current Mode of Operation e.g. Exchange on-premise or another mail solution) in Exchange Online
Coaching and support of the Customer operations team regarding the changes from Exchange on-premise to Exchange online
Support with daily operations and problems / support requests
Requirements (Must have):
* Certified MS Exchange
* Operations Experience
* Solution designing
