Role Description: Feasibility and Documentation of the end state solution connecting an ITSM solution to SCCM
Required skills & proficiency: proven experience in SCCM API programming and ITSM tool integration
High Level Objectives Knowledge and skills in integration between SCCM and other interfaces e.g. ITSM, CMDB, SNOW.
Knowledge of SCO or SMA to be able to implement orchestration to be able to e.g. Export the reports in the scheduled way to the corporate tools, automated patching based on informaiton from other systems like CMDB or ITSM.
