Project Description:
New security capabilities for user identity authentication and authorization operations need to be designed for the requirements of the IT in a Cloud and Digital Workplace environment. The IT Security unit within the client has an additional requirement to support the Identity Services workstream to implement the new IT Security services model. Due to the previous split, new ownership within the new "Identity Service" is required from the client for security technologies which until now have been operating in a shared environment. The project will deliver a revised IT Security Identity Service model for the client and will be managed by the client and delivered with the help of trusted outsourced partners, and will report into the overarching Data Management Security line organization within the client.

Task Description
* Define and document IDM architecture like technical architecture documentation, modelling system and identity flow throw different IT systems. The current architecture needs to be stabilized.
* Define and design enhancements to the UIDM solution - enhancements that might help the client to run/operate the current solution more stable and with less disruptions and manual interventions, therefore the developer has to propose design enhancement to stabilize the current run operations
* Develop enhancements in the tool itself as well as the DevOps toolchain
* Lead and manage release deployments - it will be decided which enhancements will go into production every two weeks in an agile spring.
* Coordinate technical tasks between functional operations, MyIdentity project and technical operations
* Analyze epics and user stories, write technical designs - the consultant presents the findings to the client in the agile devops team on a bi-weekly basis
* Develop SailPoint customizations - customizations are required to implement an enhancement that was proposed for the architecture.
* Enhance existing DevOps toolchain - how proposals will be prioritized, optimizing the sprint cycle in regards to methods and process improvements
* Align with systems development and operations teams as well as testers
* Advise testing - how the testing will be done, e.g. define and document test scenarios

Skills/Qualifications:
* Experience with Sailpoint IIQ (developer as well as architect)
* Agile development methodologies/SCRUM
* Good DevOps automation skills
* Proven experience of solution design or redesign based on requirements gathered during workshops and meetings.
Soft Skills:
* Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
* Team player and able to operate under pressure.
* Fluent in English.

* Identity management solutions based on Sailpoint
* Microsoft Identity Management Tools (MIIS, FIM, AADC)
* Azure DevOps
