Role: Citrix Monitoring Consultant
Location: Walldorf, Germany (Given the current situation the role will be remote but as soon as the travel restrictions are removed then we would need the resource onsite)
Minimum Experience: 2-4 year
Duration of Project: 9 months
Language: German and English fluency

Job Description:
We are looking for a Citrix /Monitoring consultant for our Citrix Terminal Services / VDI environment.
The scope is to support IT Infra operations (1st, 2nd, 3rd Level IT support, Server and Landscape and Datacenter operations) that maintain SAP’s ongoing business operation.

Responsibilities:
- Analysis of our existing Citrix monitoring solution (Citrix SCOM management packs).
- Collection of requirements to a new monitoring approach (Cloud / on-prem setup)
- Market research for a possible replacement aligned with department strategy
- Design and implementation of a new Citrix monitoring solution

Skills:
- Proficient in Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop (Director, Netscaler, Xenserver, PVS, Storefront), Windows Server 2016 or higher
- Familiarity with enterprise monitoring solution
- Desirable know-how: Microsoft Azure, MS SCOM, Powershell
