Description
Requirements:- Highly experienced Salesforce Consultant with skills in SalesCloud and ServiceCloud.
- Experienced providing functional support, configuring new systems and gathering requirements for deployments.
- Certified in either SalesCloud or ServiceCloud
- Experienced in Salesforce deployments
- Some understanding of technical aspect of SFDC - APEX, triggers, workflows etc
- English-speaking
- German-speaking (preferred, not mandatory)
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements for a large implementation across different business units
- Create functional specifications and coordinate with remote development team
- Configure SFDC system
- Provide post-go-live functional support
