For our customers in the insurance sector we are looking for a Executive Program Manager (m/f/d) for Global HR Transformation.Our customer has set up a major HR Transformation (HRT) program aiming at the global transformation of the HR organization covering the three HR pillars of Organization, Processes and Systems. The HRT program will run until 2021 by when the global rollout of the HRT solution is targeted to be completed. Following the completion of the Global Design phase, the program’s current focus is on rolling out the HRT solution to the numerous country organizations of our customer.
Report to the Board Member responsible for the transformation program
Lead the program transition from late design stage to full roll-out stage
Establish the IT delivery model engaging multiple service providers to deliver country roll-outs
Manage executive stakeholder communication and contribute to committee work
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
your profile:
Proven track record in managing HR transformation programs at a corporate level
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Optional working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors
Excellent English communication skills (German optional)
