Description

My client is a product based company which specialises in healthcare, engineering and manufacturing industry. They are an internation company, headquarted in Switzerland.

At he moment as they are expanding, thay are looking to hire an IT Service Desk Specialist for a permanent nature.

Responsibilities:


  • First & second level support


  • Execute security incidents regarding McAfee, Traps, Defender


  • Manage orders for IT consumables


  • Support Projects within the user service environment


  • Maintain and develop parts of the software distribution solution


  • Organize and execute movements of IT hardware


  • Setting up and maintaining the computer hardware
  • Maintain and develop parts of the ITSM tool


Your qualifications
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent German skills (spoken and written)
  • Self-motivated and target oriented
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
