Required skills:
- In-depth experience of being a PEGA Senior System Architect
- PEGA certified - PCLSA, PCSSA. PCSA, PCRSA - All highly desired
- Contact/Call Centre to the cloud transformations - Highly desired
- Contact centre cloud technologies; Verint, Nuance, Genesys, Web chat, Chatbots etc - Highly desired
- Working with the government and government digital standards - Highly desired
