Description

Exciting Opportunity for a Technical Support Engineer for a Medical Device company located in Western Switzerland with opportunity to work remote anywhere in Switzerland.

As a Technical Support Engineer you are responsible for:
  • Installation and commissioning of new system
  • Training and technical advice to our customers
  • Perform regular maintenance work
  • Repair services in the event of a fault
  • Independent planning, execution and documentation of the work
  • Supervision of our technical support hotline
  • Create and maintain technical service and training documentation
  • Introduction of corrective and preventive measures


Qualifications:
  • A degree in technical engineering or an equal technical education
  • Preferably a background in the life science market
  • Professional experience in a similar position is an advantage
  • Accustomed to working independently
  • Customer-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking at the same time
  • You work reliably under time pressure, flexible and resilient
  • Fluent in English, French language is an advantage
  • Willingness for international travel of about 70% in Switzerland and international destinations
