Currently we are looking for a Marketing Lead (Neurology/ Epilepsy) for our Pharma client.Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 Months (Extension)
Location: Greater Area of Düsseldorf
Languages: German and English
Volume: Fulltime (mostly remote)
Tasks:
* Show your agility in leading diverse brands/projects starting with Epilepsy in
* Fill in a broad cross-functional role in bringing independence and flexibility via identification of market insights and optimal implementation of solutions addressing patient's needs
* Develop solutions like communication materials (digital or printed), edetails, websites, Apps, PR, national scientific meetings, KOL meetings, advisory boards, clinic meetings with patient organizations or support in presentation of RWE/HEOR/clinical information to payers, formularies and national bodies
* Collaborate externally and internally to advance local initiatives with key stakeholders across different disciplines the CE market
* Lead the cross-functional development of the Patient Value Plan (PVP) and localize centrally developed EU solutions for Central Europe (mainly Germany) in line with local eco-systems insights, requirements and drivers
* Develop solutions in line with eco-system drivers and co-create with external stakeholder key projects
* Be the link between HQ and the Neurology Business Unit in CE as well as the regional voice and representative in relevant EU communities
* Connect your commercial, medical and market access expertise to create the best value for our patients
Skills:
* 3-5 years experiences in stakeholder facing roles with a strong marketing background
* Masters' degree in life sciences, business or healthcare required
* Demonstrated strength in strategic thinking, business planning, tactical plan development
* Excellent communications skills in German and English, with the ability to inspire others
* A very nice-to-have: experiences in Neurology/ Epilepsy
