For our technology client we are currently looking for an IT Monitoring Consultant (m/f/n)Start: October 2020
Duration: 6 months
Volume: Fulltime; 5 days / week
Location: Düsseldorf / remote
Tasks:
* Setting up monitoring framework & IT governance around it
* Driving new APM/Infra monitoring tool conception and selection.
* Participate in configuring and installing the new tool
* Driving the migration from existing
* Technically coach the run team to uplift their expertise
* Giving regular updates to stakeholders about status
* Producing periodic management reports about progress and achievements
Skills:
* +10 years experience in monitoring tools and processes/operating systems
* +5 years experience in Cloud monitoring
* +4 years experience in CMDB
* ITIL foundation is a plus.
* Experience with ServiceNow
* Strong work ethic
* Experienced working in international projects
