Technical/Engineering background
10+ experience within Radio planning/optimization/performance analytics
Must have experience with radio planning projects
Must have experience with radio optimization projects
Must have experience with radio KPI's and Performance analysis
Experience from Teoco Asset radio planning tool
Experience from Nokia Netact Performance analysis tool
Anaytical and effective
Job-description:
Radio Planning of New Roll out of 4G and 5G coverage
Optimisation project of urban and dense-urban 4G-only-sites.
Optimisation of antenna tilt, cell-range and RSI values
Evaluation mainly based on network KPI's.
Cluster Reporting in excel/ppt
Duration: minimum 1 year, with possible extension

Perfect English & Scandinavian is a plus off course
