Workday Functional Lead/Contract/Remote/Outside IR35
My client are looking to bring in an experienced Workday Functional Lead for a new Project deploying Workday globally.
Main responsibilities include the following:
- Technical counterpart to Consultants of the Implementation Partner and direct contact to the Executive sponsor/Steering Committee
- Huge technical knowledge in all relevant Modules including Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Recruitment, Absence Mgmnt, 3rd party payroll connector, expenses and learning, knowing the impacts between the different modules.
- Taking care of the Workday Tenant (Whole Overview), making sure all the business process decisions harmonize with each other
- Operational overview of all tasks that need to be completed during the different phases by the different countries. Support the Project Members in their day to day workday tasks (Data Conversion, Test Management, Integration)
- Knowledge transfer to all Project Members so they understand the workday environment.
