Description
WA Consultants have a requirement for a Configuration Manager/SW Build Engineer to work for a technoliogy company, to help manage their software development environment.
The environment has lacked real maintenance for several years now and they need to investigate and fix that, so the they can create an efficient build environment for the Embedded SW.
The configuration manager provides the overall Configuration Management (CM) infrastructure and environment to the product development team. The CM function supports the product development activity. Developers and integrators must have appropriate workspaces to build and test their work, so that all artifacts are available for inclusion in the deployment unit as required.
Environment:
The environment uses tools like Atlassian BitBucket, Jenkins and Mercurial.
This is potentially a long term contract with possibility to extend. The contract will be outside of IR35, and will be fuly remote.
